By using our custom shirt design service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using our custom shirt design service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Learn how our intellectual property and your uploaded designs are protected.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by GPTShirtsAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By uploading designs or content, you retain your intellectual property rights but grant us a license to use, modify, and display the content solely for fulfilling your order.

3. User Generated Content

Your content must respect third-party rights and meet our content rules.
  • Will not violate any third-party rights, including copyright and trademark
  • Will not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Will not promote illegal activities or hate speech
  • Will not contain malware or harmful code

4. Orders & Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal. Review the conditions that apply to your order.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are final once submitted and processed. Custom-designed products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or are the wrong item shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Printful manufactures and ships your products. Delivery times can vary.

Products are manufactured and shipped by our partner, Printful. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

6. Refunds & Returns

Custom products are eligible for returns only when damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns for:

  • Products that arrive damaged
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items shipped

Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards never expire. Review redemption, balances, and restrictions.

Digital gift cards purchased on GPTShirt.ai never expire. Apparel store-credit cards apply to merchandise and shipping at checkout; any remaining tax remains payable. Unused balances carry forward to later orders. Design-credit gifts redeem once to the redeeming browser's design studio balance. Gift cards are non-transferable after redemption and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep our service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

We strive to ensure our service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

These terms describe the limits of our liability to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTShirtsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

You retain ownership of designs and content you upload, while granting GPTShirt.ai a limited license to reproduce and display that content solely to fulfill your order. User-generated content must not infringe third-party rights, include harmful or illegal material, or contain malware. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules.

Orders are processed through PayPal. Custom apparel is made to order and generally cannot be returned unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping and fulfillment are handled by partners such as Printful; delivery times vary by location and carrier. Claims for damaged or wrong items should be reported within 30 days of delivery.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, GPTShirt.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
