The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by GPTShirtsAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By uploading designs or content, you retain your intellectual property rights but grant us a license to use, modify, and display the content solely for fulfilling your order.

• Will not promote illegal activities or hate speech
• Will not contain malware or harmful code

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are final once submitted and processed. Custom-designed products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Products are manufactured and shipped by our partner, Printful. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

We strive to ensure our service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTShirtsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
