Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our custom shirt design service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the service.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by GPTShirtsAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By uploading designs or content, you retain your intellectual property rights but grant us a license to use, modify, and display the content solely for fulfilling your order.
User Generated Content
- Will not violate any third-party rights, including copyright and trademark
- Will not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Will not promote illegal activities or hate speech
- Will not contain malware or harmful code
Orders & Payments
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are final once submitted and processed. Custom-designed products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or are the wrong item shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Products are manufactured and shipped by our partner, Printful. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns for:
- Products that arrive damaged
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong items shipped
Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Gift Cards
Digital gift cards purchased on GPTShirt.ai never expire. Apparel store-credit cards apply to merchandise and shipping at checkout; any remaining tax remains payable. Unused balances carry forward to later orders. Design-credit gifts redeem once to the redeeming browser's design studio balance. Gift cards are non-transferable after redemption and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Service Availability
We strive to ensure our service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTShirtsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
