A few things to know

How your credits and your coupon work.

How do free and paid credits work?

Any available free credits are used first. Your paid credits are used after those run out. Unused paid credits carry forward and never expire.

How do I use my apparel coupon?

After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive the coupon included with your pack. Enter the code at checkout on a future apparel order. Each coupon can be used once.

Where can I use my credits?

Use your credits for AI design generation in GPTShirt’s design tools, in the same browser and on the same device where you purchased them. Apparel purchases are separate.

What if my balance hasn’t updated?

Once your payment is confirmed, refresh the design studio in the same browser and on the same device. If your credits are still missing, contact support with your transaction ID.
